This is a great app in that you can quickly and easily enter receipts while travelling, take photos of them, and transfer a spreadsheet and the photos to a folder on your desktop. It is well thought out, very capable, easy to use, and customizable. It supports multiple currencies. Ive used a lot of expense tracking software over the years, this is the best.

This is a great app for tracking expenses. Would be nice to replicate complete entries for recurring mileage entries without having to re-type. Also would be nice if in the mileage entry screen there was a way to enter multiple stops in a journey instead of just to and from.

Ive used this app for almost 3 years now and track my time for payroll, expenses, and mileage. Reporting is fantastic and the interface is great. The GPS tracking is quite accurate although I have had some trips not show up for some reason. The biggest downfall is battery life. You will need to charge your phone *every* single day. I thought it was my old iPhone 4 getting old, but even my new iPhone SE can barely make it through a day when travelling. And if you shut the app down, it freaks out with a road-runner warning sound. In fairness, the app has to be running constantly to be its most helpful but it would be really handy to have a "vacation" mode or something.

1. When emailed csv file & then saved into Excel xls or xlsx file, date is not transferred correctly. I do not know why this occurs. It might be because that I use Excel in Japanese or my Windows 7 is set as Region-Japan, Time-Japanese. It is hoped to improve in this point irrespective of language & time setting. 2. Amount is always set with 2 decimal points. Yen does not require any decimal point. There needs to be flexible to be able to change decimal point. 3. When email with PDF receipts attachment, this application freezes. It does not satisfy the purpose.

By far the best app I own and worth every penny. I use it everyday. Best part is backing up to Dropbox, iCloud or MobileMe and everything uploading to excel so I can just hand it over to my CPA and be done with it. Thank you so much for this app. Talk about saving me time? This app does exactly that and with the ease of convenience in the palm of your hands. No more bundles of paper getting lost - take a pic of the receipt and poof! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Update: I wish I could give more stars. Scott has twice been a quick responder to my questions and provided me with the answers I needed. Each time I have emailed him, he has gotten back to me within an hour of sending my message. The updates- now at 9.2 - have been fantastic. I still dont know all the things tracker can do, but for my business, there is nothing better. Well done!

This is an excellent, comprehensive app with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Highly recommended.

Have been using this for a couple of years now. We could not get the app to put one of the columns we needed on our emailed report. I contacted customer service through and email and they had an updated template sent to me by the end of the day. Cant beat that!!!!! I highly suggest this product. We use it as our expense tracker for a organization of 8 salesmen.

I use this app to track all my business and charitable work expenses and mileage. Its easy to use and keeps me organized! I love it and you will too!

This app has been so convenient for me. I have used it for over two years now. My accountant loves when I can print out spreadsheets and itemize each expense. Very worthwhile.
