Everything I expected and more

This app deserves the high ratings it has received. Does everything I expected and has been updated with new features regularly.

New user - great app

Just started using the app, makes capturing expenses relatively painless (said by someone who hates doing expenses). I like the ease of filter choice for generating reports (by client, type, date range, whatever) and the ability to store receipt images (I can toss the paper). I have not taken advantage of any in-app purchases, so cannot comment on those. Last point, being able to upload to Dropbox makes it extremely easy to share between devices and to submit to clients.

In response to a recent review by Tucmom: BizXpenseTracker has no way to delete a users data unless the user explicitly deletes it themselves. Anyone reading this should note that when a user deletes an app from their device, it will also delete the data associated with that app. This is true for all apps. BXT has 4 different ways to backup your data, two of which can be set to automatic. There is NO reason why any user should lose any data. We realize that financial data is of the utmost of importance and this is why we give the user flexibility on where they can backup their data. They can backup their data to iCloud, Dropbox, Box or send the backup via Wi-Fi directly to their Mac or PC. We even have a detailed help video on our website showing step by step how to set-up an automatic backup or do a backup manually. Finally, when the app is FIRST installed, if it detects an active iCloud account it will ask if you want to set-up automatic backup to iCloud. We ask users having any issues to email us directly as it is likely we have a solution. There is no way to respond directly to customers that post reviews (except by us posting a review like this). BizXpenseTracker Not Backing Up to Desktop

This use to be a great program and used used it for several years, however I have to rate now 3 stars because the backup to desktop top working , it just crashes every time you try and do a backup to desktop. I will rate back five stars if they every get an update to fix the issue.

Easy to use and works great

At the end of the year having to compile all the expenses for my small business was a pain in the !!!!. I looked at the ratings to see what everyone said and they were correct. This works well, has everything I need, syncs between all my devices, you do have to pay extra for that, that is why they get the 4 star and not 5. Has the categories I need.

Crashing

This is crashing every time I try and open an expense log. Please help, trying to open my logs for taxes!!

Simplify your life

Good app to track all the overlooked tacking that needs to be done in my life. Staying on top of the drives or my receipts is easily done when I have a quick moment or two between appointments. Gonna make tax season that much simpler!!!

The Best App for business!

Makes filing taxes at year end so much easier by keeping track of all expenses. I highly recommend this app. Have found none better!

Biz Tracker Rocks

This App takes all of the aggregation and time out of expenses. Once you take ten minutes to learn the set and start using the App, doing an expense report becomes an absolute pleasure. I actually look forward to using it every time I get a receipt and look forward getting my expenses done and sent in seconds via email to our administrator. If you dont have this App, your really still living in the business stone ages!!!

The Best App & The Best Support

BizXpenxeTracker is the easiest and most convenient way to track all my business expenses in one place. I use the automatic mileage tracking to make it even easier. Everything is ready to print reports for tax purposes each year. The fast response and immediate solution to the only problem I have had was very satisfying. The problem was caused by an iPhone update. Scott at Silverware took care of it quickly and easily. I highly recommend this app.

Expenses

Excellent application, do not know how in could be done but it would be nice to be able to have the data converted to our companies Excel expense spread sheet. My fellow peddlers would pay extra for this add on. This form could be sent to you if you wanted to evaluate it. Overall very satisfied, makes it a lot easier to do my weekly report.

Great app

As a United Methodist pastor, I have found this app to be very valuable. It helps me to track my mileage And filed it mean reports with my treasurer.
