Better and better with the last update! Keep on the good work!

I hope I hit the best expense keeping app right from the start after reading that some had to try few before sticking with this one. I switches from keeping my business expenses on Palm to using iPhone. So far so good and I would recommend this app to anyone. I wish this app had a better selection of icons and and expenses could be viewed on the computer. Excellent support from the designer.

Im finding this app very useful - definitely worth what I paid for it (more than I usually pay for an iPhone app). It took a while to get it configured the way I need and get used to using it for my type of busienss, but once I did, its working well. There are still a few things Id like if it could do (logging which items have been billed for or not), but I guess it wasnt intended for my specific business needs, and I can manage with it anyway. Still worth the investment, and still a very good app!

I am extremely happy with this app. Its exactly what I was looking for my small business. Its easy to use, lets you make all of your own categories, take photos of the receipts. Once you need to submit the information to your accountant or do your own taxes, you simply email a PDF version and sort by category and its done! Im sure some people may have different or more complex needs but for me its ideal for keeping track of my expenses.

Really handy when I am at job as FSE. Customizable categories organize everything the way my company wants it.

I have been using this app for around six months now, and cannot see myself going back to any other way of tracking and reporting my time and expenses. I work on contract in many different countries, and reporting expenses in multiple currencies is a snap, tracking time to different projects is simple and easy, and the ability of the app to reuse locations and client information as well as duplicate entries, means that I track everything in real time instead of letting it stack up until its overwhelming. I have purchased the reporting add on and this allows me to create and send my invoices, expense reports and currency reports in minutes instead of hours. Although the creating of the reports was a tedious process, and wouldnt want to have tried it without my Ipad, I did manage to create a smart looking professional set of reports. The few questions that I have had, have been answered quickly and concisely from the developer, who even offered to take my companies expense report and try to include any extra fields in the report generator. The ability to backup and sync using Dropbox ensure that my records are always safe and secure, and allows me to work on either my phone or ipad. Well done!

Have been using this app for a couple of months. It has been perfect. I have tried others but they dont seem to cover all bases. This keeps track of mileage, expenses, time and all related notes, clients, taxes, etc. It can be semi-customized to be useful exactly where needed. App author was incredibly accommodating with any questions /requests. Would highly recommend, I am very pleased.

Good app does everything I need it to do. Live tracking for mileage is an absolute must and a great time saver.

Perfect app for record keeping both for mileage logs as well as receipts. Very powerful app, could only be better if Siri worked with it to speak the entries in or if it could read off the receipts for entry. Would recommend to any one needing to track mileage and keep receipts for tax purposes.

This app has quickly become a cornerstone of my business operation. I own and operate a small renovation company, and tracking everything from time for multiple employees, to expenses and mileage for varying clients, including payments, along with the photo receipt option, this app encompasses everything I need to reliably track everything I need tracked while on the go. What makes it most powerful however is the support. Its quick, thorough and detailed when I have a question, which will only occur from time to time because the app has many initial options, and Ive found that advice of the developer can be the best way to structure the app to your best benefit. The developer shows genuine interest in exploring new options and features. The reports are highly detailed and workable in excel. I was disappointed with the best app I had before I found this, and would shudder to think of the struggles Id go through without it.

While its a little too much for my purposes, it still covers everything I need. When I had an issue with the functionality I received quick help from the author and it was resolved.

Ive used BizXpenseTracker for more than a 1-1/2 year and I love it. This is an app I dont hesitate to recommend to anyone who makes expense reports or invoicing on a regular basis or even occasionnally. It really makes my life easier. The app can also be very useful to keep track of family expenses during holidays and vacations. In addition, it allows to include photos of invoices for each expense. I recently had a question on how to sync several devices together, and I got an answer almost immediately, and it worked perfectly well. Thank you!

I work as consultant throughout North America and Ive begun using my tablet more and more for business. This app is the perfect compliment! It works very well and once you have configured your preferences for data input, reporting etc. it really takes you no time at all to add an entry, complete a log and email in various formats all from within. The ability to attach photos of receipts is also super convenient, Ive never been this organized! Scott, the app author has been a tremendous help as well. On my first report I noticed a couple inconsistencies, I emailed Scott and within the same day he responded and resolved my issue. Great app. Great customer service.

First - I am so happy with is app! I am still learning how to get things set up but I have to say it is wonderful to have this app as a tool. In my attempt to sort out the details of my reports I ran into some things i could not figure out and reluctantly emailed Scott with questions. I received answers with hours. (Thank you Scott) If you need to track your time and expenses for business - buy this app.

Great app. Tried a few others first but none did everything in one app for me as easy as this one does. Had a very minor problem figuring out one of my settings and Scott was fantastic with quick personalized service with a resolution to the exact problem I was experiencing. Would highly recommend this app!!!
